Intermediate Yoga

Classes take place on Wednesday at 6:30pm.

Yoga is a popular activity for athletes, children and seniors; it's good for everyone! It is proven that yoga can reduce blood pressure, increase strenght and flexibility. Yoga energizes the body and calms the mind.
